No Refunds on Tuition or Products

1. Tuition Fees

We regret to inform you that tuition fees for our educational programs are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made for a course or educational program, it is considered final. This policy applies to all our courses, classes, workshops, and other educational offerings.

2. Products

While we take great care in ensuring the quality of the products we offer, we understand that there may be instances where a product is defective. In such cases, we offer the following policy:

Defective Products:

a. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product.

b. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) along with clear photographs or other evidence of the product’s defect or damage.

c. We will provide a replacement of the defective product, which will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. Non-defective Products:

a. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not defective.

4. Return Shipping:

a. If a return of a defective product is necessary, we will provide instructions for the return shipping process, and any return shipping costs will be covered by BLI Learning Labs.
